1. Hire a crane.
2. Try jacking it off the ground. Securely attach beams, one across the front and one across the back. Make sure they are long enough to get 3' or so sticking out beyond the widest point of the trailer on each side. Locate them so they are just high enough to clear any side railing on the trailer. Then get some heavy lumber and 4 hydraulic jacks. Use the lumber to build up "cribbing" so you can get the jacks up to the beams. Jack until the jacks are stroked out, then build up a stack of cribbing next to each stack of jack cribbing, up to the bottom of the beam. Release the jacks, build up more jack cribbing, and repeat. When it's high enough, back the trailer under it and let it down. Then park the trailer directly over the new location, drive out from under it, and do the process in reverse.
3. Like #2, except rent 4 engine hoists from your local equipment rental outfit. Attach the hoists to the ends of the beams, and jack. Make sure to check the capacity of the hoists first - I'd bet a shed that size is a lot heavier than 4 engines.

I moved a shed 8 x 12 by bolting and nailing 4 x 4 to the bottom like skis. Then I pulled it down the road with a chain. I moved it about 10 miles at low speed (15 - 20 mph). The 4 x 4 skis were a little worn down, but it worked okay. This was in a rural area, I don't think I would go thru a city this way.

Along with stone, mud and animal parts, wood was one of the first materials worked by early humans. Microwear analysis of the Mousterian stone tools used by the Neanderthals show that many were used to work wood. The development of civilization was closely tied to the development of increasingly greater degrees of skill in working these materials.

If you have a local guy who makes and sells sheds, i would ask him how much he would charge to come and move it for you. Or at least he can point you in the right direction.
