I was looking into having some cartoon books put together over there a week or so ago. The spiral binding costs $1 per book, the flimsier roller binding is cheaper, but won't stand up to any regular use. The tape binding they have is $3 per book.
This may vary by state or region, but you can find out easily by going in and just asking them. They usually don't do standard book binding anymore, that has to be done at a printers shop now.
How long? Not very, it's a small part of the print process for them.
