What printer ?
What windows version ?
What error you get ?
Download version for correct printer and correct windows version.
Make sure any other versions are uninstalled
UNPLUG USB printer from PC
Runinstaller
Connect printer ONLY WHEN prompted

go to control panel and click on printers and faxes if you have it listed you should have then just follow the directions it gives you it might not find it but it will put up another screen click on that and move the arrow down untill you find your make of the printer click that and it should install for for you.
