Ok I have a list!
Loud burping in public,farting especially when forced out,people clearing their throats or sniffing especially when followed with spitting,polystyrene,people rubbing their feet together or rubbing fabric,scratching,loud chewing especially gum,grinding teeth,loud snoring,whistling especially when out of tune,accordion music,bagpipes,squeaky wheels,snorting laughter,babies screeching,whiny kids,cats constantly miaowing (like now) the phone ringing endlessly with prerecorded messages telling me ive won a holiday,out of tune singing,peoples ipods,mobile phone ringtones,people that have to shout on trains when they are on their phone so we have to listen to their lifestory,loud crunching or eating things like crisps or nuts.

Anything high-pitched and whinny. Examples - a mosquito, some small machines, some spoiled children putting it on just to get what they want, and aged singers who try to make a come-back by attempting to sing the same songs they did 30 years or more ago, in the same way.
(Not you, though! I'm talking about people who don't realise their vocal chords have aged along with the song and sing it so out of key ... yeek!)
Oh and I've just remembered one more ... I've spent a lot of time in Japan and the common people speak very pleasantly most of the time, but if a woman has to be appealing professionally, she needs to sound high-pitched and whinny! I hate that! I know one girl who spoke so naturally away from work, but whenever she was behind the cash register, her voice went up three octaves and was incredibly false! Cringe cringe cringe!

Actually, I don't mind the nails on a chalkboard noise. What does make me cringe is just noise a microphone makes when its not working. It is very loud.

Im a nurse, and as a student was on placement in Ear, Nose and Throat theatres. The sound of Rhinoplasty being (Nose jobs) performed still makes my bones shudder and my knees feel like they want to collapse backwards. EEEeeewwww.

The phone ringing...I hate talking on the phone!
