Balance the F first. 3 X 4 = 12, so you will need 4 BF3 and 3 NaBF4

NaBH4 + 4 BF3 ==> B2H6 + 3 NaBF4

Next balance the Na

3 NaBH4 + 4 BF3 ==> B2H6 + 3 NaBF4

Hydrogens need to be balanced last

3 NaBH4 + 4 BF3 ==> 2 B2H6 + 3 NaBF4

Check:

3 Na on both sides, 7 B on both sides (3 + 4) = (2 X 2) + 3

12 H on both sides (3 X 4) = (2 X 6)

12 F on both sides (4 X 3) = (3 X 4)

Checks out.
