Anatomy and physiology, calculus, physics, and (usually) microbiology in addition to kinesiology and motor learning and development.
In the US, you'll need, at the minimum, a master's degree in order to practice. Many PTs are now getting the DPT degree, which stands for "Doctor of Physical Therapy". None of the rehabilitation degrees (ST, PT, and OT) are easy and require hard-core sciences.
