Try dabbing the stain with some rubbing alcohol.:)

The best is to clean the stain as soon as you discover it.
Put a paper towel behind the stain and then blot and lightly rub with rubbing alcohol. The stain will begin to bleed and dissipate, once home treat with stain remover and you should be good to go.

Normally I would use old-school hairspray (stuff that doesn't have added moisturizers or polymers in it) or rubbing alcohol. The problem with those is you must then launder the garment.

If this coat is wool or suede and you cannot wash it then take it a dry cleaner. They will have commercial solvents to clean the stain and dry clean it for you.

Good luck!

Oxyclean, it works magic on pet stains. Just mix a small bit with very hot water and work it into the stain, then blot.
