If I understand you, you're saying you had sex one night, and got your period the next day, correct? Well, usually ovulation occurs 12-15 days aftrer the FIRST day of cycle. So, no.

you had sex 3 days after going off the pills?
and got your period the morning after having sex?
there's a possability, but considering you ovulate after, i doubt it, either get emergency contraceptive to make sure, or call and ask a doctor.

You can get pregnant at ANY TIME of the month, whether it be sex before/after/during your period.
