how long would an operation to fix a broken fibula and tibia take?

my friends getting on cuz he broke his leg...

hes getting screws and rods put in.

how long would that take?

he totally broke them... they weren't attached anymore

It depends on the severity of the fractures involved, could take anywhere from two to eight hours.
