This relates to domestic violence and the rights of the innocent

Why do you seek to take a human beings right to justice and innocence until proven guilty if you are for equality.

Isnt that more drifting toward totalitarionism than feminism (if feminism is in fact for equality)

Do you see that taking the liberties of all of one gender for the sake of the few in the other gender as justifiable.

It cant be fair if one gender has there liberties taken away in a totalitarian fashion. Men, by the new laws, have their rights of innocence taken away from them. That might be fair to women(feminists) but it is not fair for men or equal.

1) Regarding taking a human beings rights to justice until proven guilty- can only speak from my own viewpoint I am not certain that this happens- would require some hard data on this.
2) If your data proves this then yes it is a shift towards Totalitarianism.
3) Agree- to seize liberty of a gender for the sake of a few is not justifiable.

i think you should look up the word totalitarianism, and then try to apply it in a sentence that actually makes sense.

totalitarianism means "ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY"...if they were using totalitarian means, then a court of law wouldn't even be necessary since a "court" system would be a moot point in an land of absolute authority.

get it?

other than that...
feminism is for the equality of women, therefore it's not a movement that covers everyone either....i think you mean "basic civil rights" which would blanket everyone equally.

cutting through the mess of your question i am left w/asking my own.
what the HECK are you going on about anyways? since none of it makes any sense now whatsoever.
BTW: i wouldn't call myself a "feminist". i realize your question was directed to them, but it left me scratching my head and i figured I'd throw my 2 cents in.

I don't seek to take a human being's right to justice away.

Nor do I have any idea what you're talking about.

You seem to think that if someone beats up their spouse they shouldn't be stopped or charged with a crime, but it's hard to tell, since you don't explain what you're talking about at all.

No one should be beating up anyone else.

It's the law.

I don't understand this question. What human beings are having their ""rights to justice"" taken away?

men are in control of the world

period

seeking rights for women in a world already dominated by men is not totalitarianism

i am really not certain what you are asking

is wanting fair divorce laws, domestic violence, child care, birth control, etc taking all of men's rights?

or do you see asking for ANY RIGHTS at all as total removal of men's rights?

do you really believe that women could subjugate men into having NO rights when men control almost everything?

and did you realize that in fact women are the majority?

well, i don't think men should be overly abused and i think they should be given credit for having changed some and attitudes toward women somewhat better, but women are still "number two" on the list....

I'm sorry, but your question is convoluted and vague.

Could you give an example of what you are talking about?

I don't understand your question-

Feminism isn't about equality, feminism is about taking over and being in charge...
