Lost his mind for...
1. Not seeking a third term in the Senate?
2. Not declaring as a presidential candidate?
3. Not supporting continued occupation of Iraq?
4. Stating that our current policies in the Middle East will cause us problems for years to come?
5. Appearing on "Real Time with Bill Maher"?

Could you be a little more specific, please?
