Have you tried some white vinegar and water. Pour a cup of vinegar in a spray bottle, fill the rest with water.:)

I finally got disgusted with streaks on my large bathroom mirrors, so I bought a product at Home Depot called Sprayway Glass Cleaner. After using and buffing, it dries nearly streak-free.
Vinegar and water is a good idea, but the smell of vinegar is really overpowering!
Good luck!

A weak solution of white vinegar and water. Spray or wipe it on and clean off with kitchen roll. It works wonderfully on windows and on my dark mottled surface too.

You don't say how long you have had them, go back to the shop and tell then what the problem is and you want them replaced or your money back. And don't let them tell you it is the manufacturer's job to replace them it is not. The retailers is responsible, also if it is big or bulky the retailer or seller should collect it. good luck.

Try drying them off with an e-cloth. They are available from Lakeland or good dept stores.
