i heard something some ram refresh it self and some you have to turn off and on is that due to virtual memory i how can i increase that because when i under performance there is available memory and cache and system cache is always more after running for while few hours

The virtual memory should be equal to 1,5 of your computer ram memory. right click on my computer -> properties-> advanced -> performance-> Settings->Advanced-> virtual memory-> change. there you set for each drive (if you have more than one) the size of the virtual memory. so if you have 1GB ram and 2 drives, you must set 1500 MB for each drive. the minimum size should be equal to the maximum size.
