Well..1st I would go to the park while they are in school. 2nd, I would go to a new park..your kids would like that too. 3rd, I would show up at thier school and ask the counsler/priciple about them and explain what they are doing and for the school to talk to thier parents..even though they prob won't give you any info, they may feel it worth getting parents involved. 4th,How old are they? If they are early teens, a threat to call police will usually get them nervous...then if you have to, call the police and let them give the girls a good talking to.

Report them to the police. If you and the others complain then the police should patrol your park more often. It is a public place and you and your kids have the right to feel safe there. Let the cops handle the bullies.

Call the police... but do it on a cell phone infront of the girls that are giving you ****. In reality the police aren't going to do anything, but if you tell them that your calling the cops and they see you dial and hear you talking to the cops... they will probably leave.

Try talking to them and if they don't listen call the police. or go to another park. You sure don't want your kids around them.

Your the adult, speak up and tell them what they are doing is wrong and that they should respect not just their "elders" but everyone, unless they want to get treated that way, and I am sure they don't, so, again. be the adult you say you are and say something!!

Report it to the local council. this shouldn't be going on. Also talking to their parents might help, but be careful, it might make the problem worse.
Good luck!

Call the police. It's harassment and it isn't right.
