she should absolutely be charged with murder - of all 3 - i don't care if they were stillborn even - if they were she should have alerted a hospital - police - somebody to keep from being in the s*it she's in - it's her fault for not being grown up and abiding by the laws instead of what she did

She is a disgrace to women & mothers everywhere

I don't understand - where were the bodies kept?
And why was the one down the toilet - had she given birth while on the loo? It happens - in fact, my own grandson was born prematurely almost on the loo!
How far was she? My one friend was told to flush her miscarried baby down the toilet (yes, massive complaints followed!).
There's a world of difference between a 7 month fetus and a three month one, for instance.
Yes, it does sound creepy.

Why would a woman not seak medical care after having a miscarriage? That is quite odd and even if they were miscarriages it is disgusting. When this first came about the boyfriend claimed he knew nothing about these babies. How is that not odd that you would not tell the father of the baby you were pregnant or miscarried?

The only crime I see so far is one of two, depending on how they sway it - improper care for deceased, or improper care for medical waste.

Personally, I find this woman highly creepy - keeping the miscarriages in her home? Gak!

I mean, I've miscarried, I had friends whose daughter was still born, and it was very emotionally wracking - but none of us kept the corpses!

Bleck!

She WAS charged. Then the charges were dropped due to lack of evidence. I'll defer to the prosecutor's judgment since he knows the actual FACTS of the case and did not make his decisions based on "suspicions."

No the prosecutor jumped the gun. No crime was committed.
