nikkor13 - Come again? Please, learn some facts before you type.

How Planned Parenthood Duped America

At a March 1925 international birth control gathering in New York City, a speaker warned of the menace posed by the "black" and "yellow" peril. The man was not a Nazi or Klansman; he was Dr. S. Adolphus Knopf, a member of Margaret Sanger's American Birth Control League (ABCL), which along with other groups eventually became known as Planned Parenthood.

Sanger's other colleagues included avowed and sophisticated racists. One, Lothrop Stoddard, was a Harvard graduate and the author of The Rising Tide of Color against White Supremacy. Stoddard was something of a Nazi enthusiast who described the eugenic practices of the Third Reich as "scientific" and "humanitarian." And Dr. Harry Laughlin, another Sanger associate and board member for her group, spoke of purifying America's human "breeding stock" and purging America's "bad strains."

2007-09-20 05:48:41 · update #2

These "strains" included the "shiftless, ignorant, and worthless class of antisocial whites of the South."

Not to be outdone by her followers, Margaret Sanger spoke of sterilizing those she designated as "unfit," a plan she said would be the "salvation of American civilization.: And she also spike of those who were "irresponsible and reckless," among whom she included those " whose religious scruples prevent their exercising control over their numbers." She further contended that "there is no doubt in the minds of all thinking people that the procreation of this group should be stopped." That many Americans of African origin constituted a segment of Sanger considered "unfit" cannot be easily refuted.

While Planned Parenthood's current apologists try to place some distance between the eugenics and birth control movements, history definitively says otherwise. The eugenic theme figured prominently in the Birth Control Review, which Sanger founded in 1917.

2007-09-20 05:49:26 · update #3

She published such articles as "Some Moral Aspects of Eugenics" (June 1920), "The Eugenic Conscience" (February 1921), "The purpose of Eugenics" (December 1924), "Birth Control and Positive Eugenics" (July 1925), "Birth Control: The True Eugenics" (August 1928), and many others.

Shinobi - No buddy... I am far from the deep end (I can swim very well anyways). Don’t misconstrue my rant as meaning I don’t condemn the republicans as well because I do. With that being said, I stand by the values I embrace and I would estimate that at least 80% of those embraced by “progressives” are not my own. I embrace freedom above political correctness, I embrace a free economy over a socialist, I embrace equality of opportunity over equality of distribution, I embrace that fact that life beings in the womb… I embrace freedom of speech, of thought… I embrace that which America stands for, not that which the socialist Left wants to turn it into.

This is easier than connect the dots. It's a radical movement that's been snaking it's way into our country for quite some time and it's WRONG! Thankfully, many of us know what's happening and we're taking time to educate others and create awareness.

Much to the chagrin of the radical left, we can see through the facade and are fighting it off.

Congratulations. The terrorists are very proud of you. You have compiled a libelous, inflammatory post with no objective in mind other than divisiveness.

You have done well, grasshopper. Bin Laden say, "Divide and Conquer."

P.S. If I gave a crap, I could invest the time and come up with a sheet a mile long of the SAME baloney about the Republicans. Except that it would serve no purpose.

Outstanding job of exposing the truth by simply exposing the facts !!

I am impressed .

A similar story accompanies the beginning of abortion becoming legal . Except with the abortion issue they hid most of the ugliness first and gradually revealed the worst.. . .. ala Partial Birth Abortion . Interestingly enough the pro abortion groups were able to eventually get the focus on 'in case of rape or incest' and 'when the mother's life is in danger' . That is the only way abortion could've made it through. . . . . by twisting it to appeal to anyone who didn't want to see a raped woman have to give birth to a child from rape .

Look at the abortion issue this way folks. . . . There's not one single person who supported it back then , who would've ever dreamed that ultimately we'd be killing babies who would normally survive outside the womb .

Satan was successful that day . Abortionists rejoiced .

A common connection?

How about Ted Kennedy?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ted_Kennedy
Ted Kennedy is a staunch advocate of liberal principles, an icon among democrats.

Do the read and find out what his hands have been in.
For years I've been saying this guy is the cornerstone of some fairly extreme liberal philosophies and the way this guy ticks is how many liberals commonly mirror or follow.

It seems profoundly regrettable that Planned Parenthood wasn't around when the aforementioned list of miscreants were conceived. Certainly the sky would be bluer, the grass greener, and the air fresher, not to mentioned more free beer for everybody, if the likes of Hillary and Bill and Jesse and the rest had been aborted. As an aside, I've always surmised that Bill survived a fetus post utero procedure. Just barely.

** Al Gore profits from shaming people into buying carbon credits from a company he owns!!
** We PAY minorities in entitlements to breed children they cannot afford and then to vote Democrat to "earn" their money.
** They punish success by taxing the hard working people of this country and giving buying votes with that money.
** Rosie wants us to believe the terrorists are Moms just like you and me - EXCEPT I don't want MY kids blowing up anyone.

The list is ENDLESS
You have some great points.

Wake up America. Liberals are destroying this country.

The connection is simply the truth. The Democrats are socialists, the DNC is OWNED by Soros, who leads the Shadow Party, of which clinton is a member. Hope the little commies like Soros, he is going to be their next dictator and they are too STUPID to know it. What a bunch of ignorant sheep.

Let's be honest here and state when we FIRST saw this Liberal agenda, because if you will not, I will.

It was when I was in 1st grade. When they were teaching my 3rd grade brother the "scientific facts" of evolution.

I am 40. I think it has been coming to this my entire life. They were able to do this, because they made it an issue of "civil rights." They called people like my parents racist.

My parents lived in LA during Watts Riots. They were heart-broken to leave their home, but had to because my grandfather was nearly killed because he was walking across the street.

My ancestors were not US citizens until before WWI and none of them had any money.

Well isn't it about time that the majority of the country that isn't silver spoon WASP Americans takes the reigns and demands to be equally represented in America????

I say FINALLY!

It's more than about time!!

Millions of people are beyond tired with people who are completely disconnected from reality making the laws and infringing on constitutional rights that guarantee that ALL Americans are created EQUAL!!!

EDIT: Even the ACLU is defending Sen. Craig! Would show exactly how they stand for EQUALITY for ALL Americans!

Aside: Hillary panders to the humanity publicly even despite the fact that she is every bit a globalist as the Bush family is!
It's a very complicated situation today in politics because there are people in BOTH the (D) & (R) parties who belong to the One World Government and economy movement.
But for me when Slick Willy signed NAFTA he made his involvement abundantly clear!

The left is worthless in my opinion. I do not need or want them interfering in my life and I dont want to be forced to depend on the government for anything.\

As an aside, I for Craig leaving the senate but people need to learn the definition of hypocrite before opening their mouths. If he opposed gay marriage but somehow had managed to have a gay marriage himself he would be a hypocrite. Possibly being gay and opposing such things does not make one a hypocrite- learn the definition then talk
