Apples because Oranges have too much acid in them.
Now if you had asked about juices: Apple Juice or Orange juice, I knew the answer to that from 12 years back.
Apple Juice because O.J. will kill you.

I like them both but Apples are easier to eat. If I didn't have to take the time to peel oranges...then I would eat them all the time!! (I know, I'm lazy! Lol)
