I walk everyday to and from school, and it's about kilometers away from our house..so..it's enough for me to sweat when i get to the classroom. lol.

About 3 miles a day....I walk at lunchtime and do a few more miles at the gym after work...

More than an hour a day. Walking my daughter to school and back everyday.

I take my neighbor's dog for a 45 minute walk every day.

I jog 1 mile a day twice a day, once in morning & once in evening. Thank goodness I'm athletically built & served in the Army as well.
