My last period ended the beginning of the month. I estimate I ovulated around the 11th, and I had sex four days before, on that day, and two days after. Now I'm having naseau (food related and smell related) mood swings (depressed mostly, kind of lethargic) back pains (muscle pains and knots on either sideof my lower back) and most predominatley, GAS. Low in my tummy, high in my tummy, all over. Bubbles and gas pains and (eek) passing gas. Which is not very normal for me. I am having normal bowel movements and am not constipated. I am due for my period at the END of the month and can't test yet. This was my first normal cycle after getting regulated from Depo, which I got one shot of last March. Does it sound likely I'm pregnant? I know you're not mind readers, but I'm asking for educated opinions (mommies). I also want to eat a lot but don't seem to have my normal appetite, and am tired a lot.

Very possible, you have some symptoms of such. What I would do is take a test the end of next week. You are right about the time to possibly see some implantation spotting any day(you don't have to get it but most women do). it is similar to a period but very light and can last a day or several. Or if you are not anxious to see if you are preg. then wait till after you don't see your period then go from there. Some women have signs of pregnancy almost immediately after conception and some don't have them at all(like me). Contact me if you wish. Good luck. Use first morning urine when testing.

While it's possible that you're pregnant, symptoms don't usually come this early. For most, the first symptom of pregnancy is an absent period. It could very well be your body and hormones trying to get back to normal after that nasty depo shot. It can really wreak havoc on your system, especially with your hormones and your cycle - even though you only had the one shot 6 months ago. Look how long it took you to have one normal cycle. If you don't start by the end of the month, wait one more week and get a pregnancy test so you'll know for sure. But remember, just because you had one normal cycle, it doesn't mean you'll be regular from here on out. A friend of mine had only 2 shots and it was more than a year before she was on a regular monthly cycle again. If you want a long term contraceptive, I would recommend and IUD - no hormones to mess with your system, no worry about remembering to take a pill every day, and still about 98% effective. And then, if you decide you want to get pregnant, you only have to remove it, no waiting period to get your hormonal levels back to normal. Win, win birth control if you ask me.

Thoes are all too early signs for a pregnancy...you generally dont start to feel that way until the second third month or pregnancy but every one is different! I didnt start feeling things like that until late in the second month.

It could be your period getting ready - I am trying for a baby and i cant test until end of month either but i am having back pain , tiredness (out of the norm) and bit sicky too!

I would wait until your at least a day late and then do a test! if your still concerned then do a test that can detect up to 4 days before your period!

So if your periods are usually regular and if you know the date your second to last period started so.... count 11 to 17 days from that day..... did you have sex then? I'm suggesting you were not on your period at that moment but or the pill is not strong enough and it makes you bleed (they call it spot bleeding because the blood is new. Like you said , when you have your period it's brown, it has a different color.... now listen. The deal with the pill, you got to take it everyday (yes everyday!) at the same time and the pill has to be fit to you. So go back to the doctor and get a new pill. TAKE IT EVERYDAY at the same time. If you are having trouble taking at the right time (be responsible for your body and what happens to it) there are other methods of birth control. ANd if you are having doubts about being pregnant ...STOP having sex for 30 days.....get your head together.... and then decide to take the pill and always have protected sex or STOP having sex you are too young. If you are scared you are not ready. Getting pregnant, it's absolutely not an option for you. You are 15. Go to school and love responsibly. Good luck.

The lady above is correct, these are also signs of PMS. It can take up to 3 weeks for a correct pregnancy test result after intercourse. It can take over a week for the egg to implant itself once it is fertilized, which in itself can take several days. Generally, one does not get morning sickness and other symptoms until several weeks into a pregnancy when the egg is implanted. It was 5 or 6 weeks until my breasts became tender and I experienced nausea.

Another factor to consider is that you should try not to stress yourself out over this, as stress can effect your cycle and you could get psychosomatic symptoms as well.

The new OTC pregnancy tests are SUPER accurate & can actually detect if you are pregnant way before you even miss a period.... Buy a pack of TWO... Use one today, and IF it comes up negative, wait at least ONE week before you use the 2nd one.

I was pregnant 3 times.... and those ARE ALL signs... but the best way to tell...? Stop guessing (and worrying) and find out for SURE w. a preg. test! : )

They are only about $10 for a pck of two and you will now for SURE!
: )
Good luck!

Honestly I am a mother of two daughters the first time I was prego I did not know that quickly. Also you can evaluate at any time so In my opinion this is a little early. But if you know your body you could be feeling signs that early every ones experience is different. hope this helps.

there are early pregnancy test kits you can purchase that are accurate up to 10 days prior to your next period. You may very well have a flu. Don't stress, your body may also be reacting to the stress.
