Ive recently send a email to a company which deals with sports and it caters to youth and children.
And ive got a reply from them asking "We're curious to understand how you see
yourself fitting into our organization"
What and how do i reply them?
i need ideas.

Just be yourself, tell them what you know about their business and how you think you could make it better. Good Luck!

They just want to make sure you have done your homeowrk. Tell them why you like them and why you will fit right in.
