Every morning I wake up and have cereal for breakfast., well not every morning, but most of the time. Afterwards, I feel sick. At first I thought it could be the wheaties, but then I tried cheerios, fruitloops, yogurt cheerios and then cinnamon toast crunch,..it tastes good when its in my mouth, but when im done, my stomach doesnt seem to agree. What could the problem be. Im not lactose intolerant..i drink milk alone and nothing happens..Im 21 weeks pregnant...

You probably need more protein.

Try hot cereal with a spoonful of peanut butter stirred in (it melts). Or yogurt and toast. Or eggs.

When you're pregnant anything can bring this on. It could be that you are experiencing morning nausea and it wouldn't matter what you ate, but if you are sure it is the cereal, stear clear of it, and opt for another breakfast snack. Drink lots of milk. It is beneficial during pregnancy.

You are experiencing morning sickness. No matter what you eat. Try just eating fruit or something more light. Unfortunately it is a part of being pregnant.

You need to eat plainer cereal...porridge or cornflakes....some people think that the pregnancy makes our bodies shy away from harmful foods...those things you mentioned have probably got additives.
