Does anyone have an idea on how to have hair removal on the bikni line for major sensitive skin? so that it doesn't leave a rash? Please help as i am going on holiday soon and i want to be able to wear my little bikini bottoms!! thank you! x

Dress modestly and you won't have this problem.

No, I'm serious. If they can see any part of your love muscle, you're showing too much.

I had the exact same issue with my bikini area as well. I tried the same things you did and still felt as though I was the only person in the world with a horribly sensitive bikini area. Unfortunately, the only thing that has finally worked for me is laser hair removal. It's somewhat expensive (the standard bikini area cost me $995 for the treatment package) but it's a permanent solution to your problem. To be honest, the lasers are a little painful, but the each treatment only takes about 15 minutes and you only go every 2-3 months. After 5 treatments or so the hair is entirely gone forever!!! I'm going for my 4th treatment next week and only have 5-10 light hairs left. I believe it is VERY worth the money.

While I highly recommend laser hair removal, it is not a quick solution for your vacation. I did not see drastic results until after my 2nd treatment. I have not had any luck with quick hair removal fixes of any sort. I can suggest shaving and purchasing a cream such as "bikini zone" to apply afterwards that lessens the rash. But if this is a perpetual problem for you then laser hair removal is the way to go.

Hope this helps!

Some people's skin is just soooo sensitive it doesn't matter what you use, you'll get a rash. If you have the money I would suggest laser hair removal. You'll have to go a few times and yes you probably will have a rash but once it's done and over with you won't have to worry about it again because it's permanent.

I get mine sugared - like waxing but is natural and gentler. If ur skin is really sensitive it still might leave it a bit sore but is worth a go - speak to whoever does it and ask them - dont do it urself. Also, if you get it done regularly it won't be as intrusive / harsh (i cant think of the best word!) coz the hair is a lot finer. always think creams are a waste of time and shaving isnt a wise option.

Usually it is not the removal that leaves red bumps, it is the regrowth of new hair coming in. As the hair hits your skin and tries to break through it makes bumps.
1. get waxed by a salon professional when you are NOT pms'ed and skin tends to be puffier.
2. apply baby lotion immediately after the wax for a couple hours.
3. before you get irritated, rub on hydrocortizone cream.

Nair makes a hair removal cream for sensative skin that's hypoalergenic. You might try that-I had to because everything else gives me a rash.

Go to a different beauticians different wax has different results. The best wax is probably one that contains aloe vera. Ring around and ask the saloon what they use. Tea tree lotion applied afterwards normally helps.

have you had it waxed??? try going to a proffesional...and having them do it for you...it is a little awkward...but the person doing it has seen one butt...they've seen em all...
waxing is the best thing...esp for your holiday because it lasts the longest...look for salons that have waxing...most of them will do bikini...and some will do a full brazillian

I think the trick is to exfoliate well before and after hair removal.
