Two male beardys in the same tank will fight.
A male and female will mate when you keep them together. the female will lay eggs regularly and you have to take them away so that they do not hatch.
The female may suffer if she is constantly laying.
Two females kept together is usually OK but there are no guarantees.
If you have got the right conditions for them to eat and grow healthily then the condition are right for them to breed.

Never keep 2 dragons together, no matter what size or sex. 2 males will fight, 2 females could fight, male and female will breed. Even as babies, before they are old enough to be sexed or breed there can be problems. You may not notice it, but one will be dominate over the other and the less dominate one will not be eatting enough if anything at all. By the time you notice it, there is a good chance the smaller could be very ill and need a vet. Even breeding pairs should not be kept together. They should only be introduced for brief periods, as the male will stress the female. The right conditions for breeding are a lot easier then you may believe. If there is a steady food supply and a day night cycle, along with the slightest temp change, (which will occure as seasons change even though we don't notice it), and they will breed.

It is not recomended to put two or more beardies in the same tank if they had not been raised together. the being for this is that if they were not raised together then they are not familiar with each other and will consider the other invading each others space/territory and become very aggressive to the point of killing one another. in the case of putting another species of lizard in with a beardie, no don't ever mix two kinds of lizard in one habitat. If you don't want to mate your male and female ( mating can be agressive too) then keep them both in seperate structures. when the female gets older it would be wise to put her in a larger tank too. while beardies can live in a 40 gallon all their lives and have enough room, for optimum health and happiness up to an 80 gal is optimum. right now my 13 month old Spike is in a 55 gal and content. that doesn't mean necessarily you have to get an 80 but its a good size to get.

As stated in your previous post, beardies should never be housed together. One will always try to dominate the other. They will have to compete for basking spots. Males will hound the female relentlessly. It doesn't matter what photographers have done for photos...if you want to keep your beardies safe and healthy, get Saphira her own large tank when she is a little older. Please check out these websites and join the beardie forum for more advice and care! Yahoo also has an excellent forum called Pogona...see Yahoogroups.com

When young, males can be kept together in the same tank, as they reach sexual maturity, they will start fighting over territory. Put a female in there and they will mate. The only thing you might be able to do is to make it so the conditions of the terrarium are non-conducive to breeding, or remove the eggs.
I keep bearded dragons, but mine are kept in separate enclosures.

As long as you have one male in a tank its fine but never house two in the same tank because they will engage in a territorial battle, for a female. More than one female is okay, but adding such a young beardie in w/ Draco,No way. You would definitely have to wait a long time for that to happen.

i have had two beardies, since birth, for seven years. one male and one female...didnt know until they were older. when the time is right, they will mate. i never did anything in particular to make the area "right" for the occasion, mother nature just takes her course. i had not even heard of such a thing as 'make everything right for them' until i read this question.
the male dominates the female, can be aggressive with biting and knocking her off the rocks or whatever they are basking on. they live happily in a 100 gallon tank and i have done nothing to stifle their love life or enhance it that i am aware of. i have also tried, unsuccessfully, to hatch the eggs, but that i am afraid is a rather delicate process. for now, when she is ready to lay her eggs, she digs in the sand and just does it and then i collect them.
