Work and Yahoo....chats with friends and sometimes I do what I call a feelings purge. I sit at my keyboard and let it all out, venting, ranting, crying....No one ever has to see it but me. I also schedule the time I allow myself to think about what is making me sad. If the sadness pops into my mind I consult my watch to see if it is an allowable time to be there.

I drive my Porsche at top end for 10 minutes or so. It takes away all of life's tensions, including sadness.

Cleaning is my answer for everything. I clean when I am sad, mad, whatever. It makes me feel better. And gives me time to clear my mind!

I pick up my classical guitar and just strum... seems to work for me. The music comes out as the mood I'm in.
Very cathartic.
