32 yr old female wants to loose weight but doctor said slowly due to heart (pvc)grade 3 want to loose about 20 lbs
my blood pressure is 95 over 55 (normal for me)
I need to know normal heart range for my age
weight (165) height (5'4")
My goal is to loose it by x-mas
What would you recomend?

1.every day early morning you should walk 2km from your terminus( with in 2 weeks it should reduce ur colostrol and also refresh your blood circulate)
2.every day take meditation just 15mints. It should make mentally prepared yourself
3.should maintain diet (take vitamin foods)

The best way to loose weight safely is to lower your calorie intake daily(eliminate high fat foods,deep fried foods,red meats,mayonaisse,butter,etc.) and walk for exercise--walk as much as you can in a safe range for your heart condition.

Weight Watchers would be a safe bet. You will lose the weight slowly using them, and in a healthy and safe way.
