what would be the effect on Pisces when eclipse came out last august 2007? it seems like i had terrible luck and I'm wondering if that eclipse would changed my good luck into bad luck ?

In general an eclipse cycle including the eclipse cycle of Aug - Sept '07 does not foretell or predict a turn in fortune - even though it may very much feel that way.
What is true of an eclipse cycle is that they tend to suddenly stir-up and highlight certain areas of life that may have been previously ignored and neglected. This is especially true when an eclipse (solar or lunar) happens to falls in your native sign.
Keep in mind, Uranus (the planet of upheaval and surprises) still occupies your sign of Pisces. When a major planet like Uranus travels your sign you may expect a roller coaster ride of exciting developments and sudden reversals. The solar eclipse of Sept 11 in your opposite sign of Virgo served as a trigger awaken Uranus, of which the side effect can be extremely jarring and alarming.
Don't panic however. Things can easily turn around. Instead of feeling threatened by the eclipse work with it!
Shed yourself of any and all fantastic self-delusions or head in the sand tendencies typical to Pisces - confront that which you either fear or have too long ignored. Wear instead the practical, organizational house cleaning influence of Virgo as a good luck amulet to ward off any coming catastrophe and in time all should be well.

You can't blame one factor for changing your luck. It probably has nothing to do with the eclipse. Astrologically, it will depend on how the transiting planets are aspecting your birth planets. You are also influenced by what is going on in your environment and your own mindset when it comes to handling certain situations. You really need a full analysis to work out why you perceive your life currently in such a negative way.

the eclipse affects all signs differently but I believe its worse than a full moon. Like last nite all the crazies out and about. scares me

My Husband is a Pisces...March 16Th...and his luck has remained the same...just light some incense...preferably Cool Water....It will be OK...think positive and you will overcome...Good Luck
