Actaully it was half.com (the book section of ebay)How do I get my money back? Please dont tell me to file a dispute or ask ebay. I realize what needs to be done but I dont know how to do that. I cant find a link to report my problem.

when did the auction end? you may email me on my ID here and give me more details if you'd like.
you may need to give the seller a few more days.
but if it has been more that two weeks since the auction ended then do this:
go to your MY EBAY page.
on the left is a link for the DISPUTE CONSOLE. click on that link.
sign in.
on the next page, on the left, click on the link that says "Items Not Received"
then fill in the info they ask you for.
but don't jump the gun just because your package is a few days late.
and don't leave negative feedback yet. it will make the seller less willing to work with you if there IS a problem.
remember:
if you are buying on ebay, ALWAYS
pay through PAYPAL and fund it with a CREDIT CARD.
then if anything goes wrong and PAYPAL can't get you a refund, you then have the option of filing for a CHARGEBACK through your CC provider.

There is a link. Try going to 'my account' and it will show your purchases and you can leave feedback and complain. Call your credit card co. and ask to have the charge reversed because you didn't receive the product.
