Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have set minorities back 15 years, along with the ACLU. They have made millions by perpetuating this victim mentality. If they wanted to help they would emphasize responsibility and repercussions.

Wasn't is Al and Jesse who were ready to hang the Duke lacrosse players before there was even an investigation? I don't believe those two actually want racial harmony. They are constantly stirring up tension where it probably wouldn't exist, had they not interfered. I personally think "hate crime" laws cause more trouble than good. If a crime has been committed, does it really matter the motivation?

Yes, this rally seems a little silly to me, the chants lead by Al Sharkton are "Free the Jena 6" .. Wait a minute now, Isnt this the same man who demanded Justice to Imus.. saying that he damaged those girls?.. Mulitiple kicks to a person who is already unconcious is still a crime right?

they are the two seen hate crimes by utilising regulation yet those are overly political astounding situations. A hate crime is a criminal offense the place the sufferer grew to become into victimized with the aid of their race, faith, or gender. some states additionally classify sexual orientation and gender identity as motives for a criminal offense to additionally be hate crimes. I dare every physique to can charge a Muslim who beats up a non-Muslim with a hate crime notwithstanding it would ensue in opposite in a heartbeat.

this is a case of people needing to grow up,. these guys committed a crime they need to be punished. plain and simple. i am getting so tired of hearing oh they were falsely arrested yet their blood or fingerprints were on the victims. its not about race.
i saw where the mentioned three white kids were hanging nooses did they hang anyone doesnt sound like it so no crime was committed. were they planning to do something probably but they didnt thats the difference.
black men especially seem to believe they should be allowed to commit violent crimes and to be allowed no punishment because they are oppressed no one today is oppressed sorry to tell you. my ancestors were cherokee indians and were slaves and i dont expect anything. your ancestors were slaves you arent this world owes you nothing
those guys deserve to be punished to the fullest extent of the law

I think this was a hate crime, the retaliation was just revenge related to it. Remember this is a case where crimes were committed on both sides! Usually it is just one crime when a youthful offender is tried as an adult!

No, it is not a hate crime. Sharpton is a looney, and only benefits when any of us listen to his idiocies.

6 black kids stomping on white kid.
Yes that is a hate crime.
If the tables were turn and it was 6 white kids stomping on a black kid you bet Al would be singing another tune.
