The national id card is set to take effect next year, and chipping everyone is the next step. These are facts. Do you all really want this? Do you realize how many liberties you are giving away for this?

I hope we all wake up before the next election.

People have already been chipped Harley, get your facts straight. What is next? For the love of god, wake up.

Sorry to burst your dilusional happy world Kacky, these are the facts. Look them up or correct me with proper citations and I will concede my points.

I can tell you are a very bright one Harley. Going from saying "the chipping of humans is never gonna happen", then to admitting people have been chipped but only voluntarily.

Another ignoramus.

I agree 100%! People need to wake up. When the social security act was passed, there was a lot of concern about social security numbers being used as a national ID number. We know how that went, your social security number is used to track you in numerous databases public and private. Now the Department of Homeland Security tells us that the national ID card will be no more intrusive than a social security number.

The election will not help us. Either a Dem or Rep will win the presidency and 99% of congress. They both will pass the same legislation unless people wake up and say no more.

Ahhhhh , YEAH !! i do no longer care who proposes it , i'm a million % against it . And ya understand , (shakes head) we are in exactly the marvelous place that somebody could advise it under the guise of retaining us all from identity theft . think of approximately it . what number hundreds of thousands of identities have been stolen in present day times from considerable credit card businesses and coverage companies . upload banks and different economic institutions to that checklist while you're at it too . examine my final question (practice ye the way of the Lord) . pass forward , provide it a examine . that's in basic terms area of the flaws 'coincidentally' occurring on the instant . of direction i do no longer understand the day nor the hour , yet i've got self belief the time is nearly right here . actually possibly , marvelous around the corner . Father forgive us of our sins . Amen .

I understand your anonimity concerns, but why is this such an issue?

Are you bothering to focus on the positive aspects of the national ID card and chipping?

(1) You are YOU and it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to impersonate someone b/c things would respond only to that card/chip.

(2) Chips would streamline processes. All it would require is a wave of your hand/arm and everything would be taken care of instead of having to fumble for an id all the time.

(3) Some identification isn't valid in certain places. A lot of places I know of require two forms of valid ID and oddly enough not many people have that. With a card/chip there's no need to carry all this bundle of cards around.

I say let them chip and let them card. What are you so worried about?

The only people who would be upset by this are people with something to hide.

No I'm not being stupid/ignorant, I'm dead serious.

Why do you care who see's what you buy/sell/own?

Your concern should be about what people get to see it, not whether or not the information is available.

If the government wants to track what you're doing, why do you care?

You think you're gonna get punished b/c you look at porn all the time?

Do you feel your security is in danger b/c you express liberal views?

Get over it.

The chips and cards are coming, just accept it.

The National ID card is no big deal. We have multiple ID cards the way it is already. The chipping of humans is never going to happen. Only into my dead body will one ever be implanted.

Edit....For the love of God ....those people allowed themselves to be implanted with a chip. Get your facts straight. Show me a link with [factual] evidence that Americans have been FORCED to receive a chip AGAINST their will. It's time to wake up. The sky is NOT falling and the World is NOT going to end tomorrow.
I'll check back later for the link to your [credible]source and not one from a doom and gloom, the sky is falling site, conspiracy against the government site. If "those are facts" it should take you no more than a couple of minutes.
I am bright enough to realize you will never be able to provide a [credible] source. Besides you were referring to forced implants "chipping everyone is the next step" implies forced implanting which has absolutely ZERO to do with volunteers. The logic is astounding. Good Luck.

they don't put chips in you, silly! they put all your data chipped in the id card itself. from your social security to your credit ratings. that's what it ctually means. sure, the card becomes the only one that you'll ever need to carry (forget ur atm, credit cards, driver's license, etc) but think about all the privacy you've always enjoyed would soon be compromised. the idea isn't very pretty.

Yes, I want a National ID card.

I also want every child born in America and every foreign visitor to submit DNA and fingerprints.

Then when little Johnny grows up and becomes a serial rapist we'll know right where to look.

And I also want cameras on every public street.

Chipping is a little drastic and I don't know what the point would be, except to track Johnny down when we pop his DNA. OK. Chipping it is.
