Although not fan of both and Labour Party, Gordon Brown looks more formidable than his flimsy predecessor. Plus, he is an academic.

I think that sounds like a right wing smear! When I look at Brown now I do believe he has some morals as he wants a peacekeeping force in Darfur and is prepared to condemn and boycott Mugabe if he is present at any world leader forums. The Tory party have unsuccessful tried to paint Brown as a 1970's socialist but have been proved wrong!

No. i don't get the impression of him being another stalin. Brown, Blair and the whole three political party circus, are really nothing more than pretentious clowns.
