An 0-2 start is one thing..i remember my cowboys losing the first 2 games bck in 94 and going on to win the Sb. But they were without Emitt smith those games, and they played tough teams in close games.

The saints however, got humilated by the Colts, and then lost badly to a below averageTB team. I just dont see any playoff calibur team doing that. But in all honesty, the NFc is wide open. There are only a few really good teams, the rest are unpredictable. I give them a 40% chance at point.

what is a postgame start? Are you asking if the Saints will make the playoffs?

If so then chances are NO. 8 teams started the 2006 season 0-2 and only 1 made the playoffs. I think the USA today had a stat noting that over the past decade only 8% of the teams that started the season 0-2 made the playoffs.

They play in a very weak division which makes their schedule pretty easy the rest of the way. However, if the offense doesn't get out of its funk against the Titans then their season is over. Let me say if they lose this weekend they will not make the playoffs, if they win then that gives them a 50% chance because you only need 8-9 wins to make the playoffs in their division.

I think that they had a rough two games playing Indy and then playing Tampa Bay! I don't know what's going on with them this year! Its going to be a W hopefully against Tennessee! Do I think they will make the playoffs? Yes because they are in the NFC and the NFC is weak right now! The AFC will win the superbowl once again because they have more talent!

I will say yes, They dont have the magic that they had last season, but they do benefit from playing in a weak NFC. Sean Peyton is a very smart man on the Offense side of things and will get Reggie and company going here. 9-7 with a first round exit in the playoffs

Honestly, no. I made a bundle off the Bucs last week, when they beat the Saints. I can't see the Saints doing it again this year. That being said, I think the Bucs will win the NFC South. Heres my picks:

NFC Playoffs
Dallas Cowboys (12-4)
Chicago Bears (11-5)
San Francisco 49ers (10-6)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10-6)

Seattle Seahawks (Wild card)
Green Bay Packers (WIld Card)

Postgame start?

do you mean to make the post season?

NO

The defense is horrific I see 6 -7 wins out of the saints this year.

I have been saying since March that they will go 8-8, possible wild card depending on what happens in the West.

I've seen nothing to change my mind on this.

They won't make the playoffs till they upgrade their CB position. David just isn't getting it done.

Most coaches who make a big jump their first season, subsequently drop in the second season.

It's because you can't fool people all the time.

Probably not. To do that they need to start winning fast, and they do not look too good this weekend against the Titans.

I pick the Titans to win outright this weekend.
