Is one wing more dominant than the other? If so, would that affect the way it flies?

No, birds are not ambidextrous.. and it definitely will affect the way they fly is their wings have an effect..

Do birds have hands?
Ambidectrous means using left and right hands equally well.

birds do not have hands, but they do have feet.
they eat with their feet, and climb with their feet.
when they take a nut from you they can take the nut from
either foot
so i would say yes
