I think that you have to calculate what u have & see how much the place will cost the material tax &people u will hire with u.
Then u will know every thing u will need and know ur head from ur tail.
I think you may try clothes business like langery and this stuff,but first search about the places which buy by packets and the average of money u will pay.
Good luck i think this buisness will be good if God will(in shaa Allah).
