I can recall wishing that my x would simply die. But NEVER EVER felt the wish to kill. I find that to be a very large difference. Perhaps it's time to consider WHY your anger is so strong. And also consider that absolutely nothing is worth harming another. The world is already too violent.

i do. my ex boyfriend stalks me so bad. it sucks because he scares me to the point where i dont want to be alone. but then he makes me feel like its my fault he is obsessed and then my body just erups with this hatred for him that i can't control and if i had a knife, i would stab him in his throat. but then again, i don't want to go to jail.
