I know it amazingly disappears. I can never find it either. What did we do before remotes were invented. Then again we only had about 4 channels. Now I have 200 and refuse to operate the tv without a remote. Its almost like socks. One always gets lost no matter what. I can never find a matching pair.

They all have little built in feet that the manufacturers don't want you to know about. The remotes all try to run away and hide so you will buy replacement remotes. It's all a scam

I know i hate that like one minute you're sitting on the couch with it and then bam you can't find it. My remote always falls in between the cushions of the couch. Or somehow the remote in my bedroom alway ends up underneath my bed lolz. I feel your pain.

Because they're not big enough. You need to buy a remote the same size as your TV. You'll never lose it.

I don't know but I think they need to come up with a remote that has a pager so that you can always find it.

that happens to me every day, i hate that. But my mom always know where it is, so while she is looking it for me, i take some coffee to relax cause i cant watch tv without my usefull remote.

I know right!
Its so hard to find something you always use.
That's why some companies make colored remotes so that they are easier to find.
I am guessing the black/grey color makes it difficult to find and its always stuck under the couch or under a pillow.

because people or you forget about holding it and walk out of the room and set it down some where in site but out of your line of view you mostlikely look at it 50 times before you find it

well females leave it at a places people can find but we males put it somewhere then forget and finding is like looking for a ant in bill gates house
