It's strange it's easier to resolve an issue if I talk outloud to myself. I sometimes do it when my dogs around so if someone sees me they will not think I'm crazy.

I talk to myself all the time, I get answers I understand that way. It really does help to hear what's on your mind out loud. Sometimes the issue will then seem so ridiculous that it doesn't bother me anymore. My dog and cats think I'm strange though. My husband and son are use to it.

I do it all the time. I'm an accountant and I'm always talking to myself to resolve difficult accounts and situation. At first, my co-workers would ask me, are you talking to me or did you say something? But now they're used to my crazy ways.

That one thing great about having a child, at 3 1/2 months old he doesn't understand a word but man is he a good listener!!!

It works if you don't have any issues clouding your judgment. If you do, you could be trying to solve the problem by using the problem.
I think it's always best to get feedback from another person th insure that you aren't just sugarcoating the answer.

It doesn't help me resolve anything but it helps when I need someone to talk to...
There's never anyone I can talk to, so me is my best friend

Some times! We both have an anger problem, so we usaully duke it out. People usually stops and stares wondering what the hell I am doing.

My kids see me do this all the time and the dog is no where to be found... They think I'm nuts and I love it!

I'm the best person to reslove all my issues with..I do it loudly where ever, when ever...people think your crazy let em think your crazy...then ask to borrow money and watch them dive for their wallet

when talking to your self is not problem but it easier to talk to somebody to let out your emotion.and talking to your dog meaning that you want someone to talk to. may god bless you.
