my doctor said its not permanent.... but is it goin to heal 100%??? i feel no numb on my elbow or swelling. its just weak.

no it isn't permanent and if you follow instructions you will regain 100% of former use.

It depends on where and how the nerve is being pinched. Weakness can persist. I still have to perform strengthening exercises for a pinched nerve in my neck sustained many years ago which affects my left arm.

If it is from your neck and you have a degenerative condition, that must be specifically addressed. Traction can be helpful with pinched nerves and you may want to incorporate some kind of home therapy like traccollar to quicken the healing.

Your doc is right. But re-aggravation of the injury is possible.

Going by my own experience, it went away suddenly., after nearly three weeks.
