I recently became blonde and I'm naturally tanned.
I was wearing a blonde wig on the weekends and it was such a hit that I decided to do it.
Here's what I told someone else a while ago in a previous blonde question.
Tan blondes can wear lots of colors that dark haired gals can wear like black, jewel tones of blue, green, gold and golden brown shades.
You can go metallic if you are looking at nighttime dresses as long as you stay tasteful like sequins and bugle beads in those tones look fabulous.
Baby blue (or Tiffany blue that has that tinge of green in it) and baby pink looks hot on blondes also. (in your case green and greys would work fabulous as well)
Play with dress colors that bring out your eyes.
Ivory/winter white is a gorgeous neutral for blonde especially for night time. The pastels bring out the natural tan in the skin. Monochromatic tone on tone looks classy and very alluring.
Note: Don't forget the make up. Strong eyes and shiny neutral lips or clear or pale pink lipgloss look best with the paler clothing colors.
I highlight with some shimmery white shadow, just a little. Experiment and take pictures. I can get away with black eyeliner (upper lid only) and mascara for night time. You might do well with brown/black mascara and liner also. Some blondes the black eye makeup around the eyes can be harsh.

I have blond hair and live at the beach. I like to wear coral and aqua blue to show off my golden brown tan. I also like the look of a pretty yellow with a tan like some of the others folks suggested.
Personally, I think a bright hot pink looks great too.

A kind of orangey coral pink looks fabulous with a tan and would suit your colouring. Turquiose is lovely too. Also black looks great with a tan.

Black or white and maybe a lemon colour too! Also start using a cream that prolongs your tan, keeps you looking brown for longer!! x

A Torquise or a pretty emerald green would really show it off. Now, the best is white but you probably don't want to wear too much of that this time of year. Black is good too.
