It's probably his 15 minutes of fame, but he is trying to make a point about ridiculous law suits by filing one. I saw him interviewed briefly and he was impressive and made good points.

Well he is making the point that frivolous lawsuits (as the ohio fighter posted) are mucky up the system, however I'm not sure tying up the courts for this is exactly the best way to go about it.

according to him, he's doing it to drive home a point, because he's a State Senator out there who's trying to get a bill passed limiting frivolous law suits. so he's mounting the ultimate frivolous law suit.
