Dude, when they got spanked by the Indians the past three days...they are done. Put a fork in'em...they haven't a chance. Better luck next year!

There's a magic number of 3 for Cleveland and 5 for New York, so yes. I'm an Indians fan, but I wanted Detroit to win and keep the Yankees out of the playoffs. Just think about next year, the Tigers are a strong team and I see them as contenders for the next several years.

The Tigers came into Cleveland riding a 5 game winning streak and walked out losing 3 straight to the division leader. The Indians will not lose the rest of their games and I doubt the Tigers will win all of the rest of theirs, nor will the Yankees. The Tigers are toast. Meow from Cleveland, you Motown Pussycats.

yes the tigers are done. Tigers are 5.5 behind NYY and 7 behind Boston with 9 games left. Plus look at the tigers pitching, both starters and bullpen, and tell me they are going to win out. They have choked away a postseason berth the past two months. Let's face it this team chokes in August and September. Last year they were lucky enough to hold on, not so this year.

Stranger things have happened. Look at the tail end of last year. Tiger's were SWEPT by the last place Royals AT HOME to lose the division on the last regular season game !!! Then they ALMOST swept the Yankees !!! Baseball is a strange game. Hold on to hope !!!

Yep, you're done. Cleveland's magic number is 3 and you're 5.5 behind the Yankees for the wildcard with only 9 to play.
You and Georgie Porgie can get together for a good cry.

Even if they SOMEHOW win the Wildcard, when they face the Tribe in the ALCS, I will be looking forward to a cold World Series in Cleveland. So please Tigers, catch the Yankees and lets git-r-done.

Put a fork in them, they are done. Had a chance but they blew it. My Yankees are creeping up on the Red Sox. Maybe next year for your Tigers. They had their shot last year at World Series but lost. Go Yankees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
