I like the idea of a cold shower on a hot day, but by the time i've turned on the shower and gotten undressed I have cooled down and the idea becomes less appealing.
but my answer is still yes.

God no! I hate the showers at the gym cos the 1st few seconds are freezing and you can't even run the damned thing cos it turns itself off after a few seconds (water conservation & all that) so it's either freeze my bits or have the whole changing room see my wobbly bits! Hence i freeze ( & shudder brrr)
Much rather a warm shower with a rub down by hubby afterwards!

If it's very hot or I'm very sleepy and just need to wake up then I like cold showers though I might yell for awhile cuz I'm so cooolllddd!

Not at all, the cold water gives me a headache. I don't know how anyone can bear it, I like a hot hot hot shower.
