I've never heard of a triacidic base, but you may mean a tribasic acid. This is an acid with three acidic H's per molecule. Examples are phosphoric, H3PO4, and citric, HOOC-CH2-C(COOH)(OH)-CH2-COOH. (You have to go to the Merck Index or an org chem text to getabetter structure for citric acid.)
