Actually...The block is the prize...lol...
Sometimes it happens and people don't realize they've done it...
I had a bunch of fans and some were deleted so I put them on the block list to get them off my fan area....

I once thought I found someone who blocked me then I realized I blocked them. I don't think it's even possible to know who blocked you.
