Unsure about marketing price of my life. However, planning trail auction. Will keep you informed. Anyhow, I quite like price of 9.99 as in the case of emergency, I would dial that number and maybe prolong my life. If successful. That might increase it's value. (Don't know just guessing). And your third question, about budget airlines safety, I don't have clue. Love bargain traveling, but don't know much about airlines safety. I go with what ever they say. These days nobody can guaranty you anything. By the way www.oasis-air.com have same great offers on their flights!!!

budget airlines are safe as the price of safety cant be compromised. the figures are just marketing ploy or rather false advertisement which the price has not included the airport taxes and all the other surplus charges. does not mean if the ad says .99 it means your life is worth that much.

My life worth more than anything in the world.
To answer your question about budget airlines, it is very safe.
AirAsia at least. After many years in business, AirAsia has not experience any major accidents and no reports of death. As I recalled, there as only one minor incident when an airplane skidded of the airport track, but nobody was hurt in the incident.

my life's worth way more than that
but i've been using budget airlines a lot of times, i dont think they compromise my safety at all.
as far as i'm concern, be it budget or luxurious or whatever you wanna label it as, there are standards to adhere to.
a luxury air line would crash, a budget could too.
the pilots are trained in the same schools.

just my two cents.

What ever Airline it's they still have to meet the IATA safety requirement.

The airline company may cut lots of cost to safe, however, the minimum safety requirement still have to comply, or else, it's no FLY to them.

Airline crashes are so rare that it's impossible to do a statistical analysis of which airline is safest. The sample size is just too small.
