If, you need warranty work Lowe's and others send you mower to an Authorized repair center/shop. If you want an Authorized repair shop to service your mower/tractor ask Lowe's who or contact Cub Cadet.
I will add; Authorized may cost more. Ask around who people use for this and you may save money. But, it has to be an Authorized service when it a warranty work.

Youre better off doing the maintenece yourself, one, itll be cheeper, two you wont have any headaches from them if it has problems when it comes back ( ive herd horror stories of peeple taking them in and having problems later on- that they have to pay for).
Its the long story of them wanting to unload as many tractors as they can and never wanna see em again- no matter if its built good or not- warranty or not.
If i ever bot one from any place like that id go over it with a fine tooth comb.

Lowe's does not service any power Equipment. They contract it out.
