*puts on tax face* Are you sure that's the profit and not the sales? Because you have to subtract out the purchases, payroll, and utilities out of there...
But seriously. It really depends on how much they sell and how much they sell it for. It's a possibility, but somewhat rare for a bar. And if he wants to take money out of his own bar, that's perfectly legal. He put the money forth in the beginning, right?

aside from being hardly able to understand your question,i find it hard to belive as well,it's hard to skim profits from a bar you OWN.unless it's from the irs or he has multiple parteners.
