Get the car in the shop to get it fix. That is why is so annoying. Is your vehicle screaming for help. I am not going to tell you how to disable since is unsafe to drive with brakes issues.

I not think you can. When the brake light is on it may just need fluid, you need to add fluid "NOW" go to Auto-Zone or a parts store that will help you. It not cost much for a small bottle of fluid ($5 most???). You let it get too low and then you be paying someone to bleed your brake lines of air.
If it not low on fluid it may need a new master cylinder or something more serious which means if you not have this looked at "NOW" you may not have brakes one day and have a wreck. This will cost even more!!!!!

First; go to parts store and many will look at your brake fluid for free. IF, it need fluid buy some. If, there is not a leak in the system you need brake pads. You can save not buying fluid and replace the brake pads, this always bring the fluid level up.
IF, fluid or brake pads not turn off the light. You "HAVE" to get someone that know about brakes look at this "NOW"!!!!!

Any red colored dash light indicates a very serious problem that needs to be checked immediately. You can drive around with a yellow check engine light for awhile, but not with a red brake warning, oil pressure or overheating light on. Your brake fluid might be low due to a brake fluid leak. Pull in and get your brakes checked now before you kill yourself or another motorist. Better safe than sorry.
