i have checked out vanity and a few others but although i have read great things and all i have also read ..and even in answers on here that vanity doesn't always work and its not worth the money etc.
please help.

First, anything that would make your breasts larger would probably make the REST of you larger. Water weight gain, fatter, etc.
Second, before anyone tries ANY drug (especially weight loss or like you asked about) I recommend going to amazon.com and doing a search. Then scroll to the bottom of the item page and read the USER reviews. Be aware there are often folks who complain about shipping, or folks from the company that sells a med...yapping about how great it is. Be sure to read all reviews.
Lastly, I know that this is hard to do, but try being happy with your body. Really think about how many years you could waste worrying about a healthy body and things you can't change without surgery and thousands of dollars and risk to your health and life.

No. They are all a SCAM.
Weight gain, pregnancy and surgery are the ONLY ways to make them larger. There are no magic pills, creams, etc.
