Definitely both because I'll used it the soap bar for the washing of my face and while the body shampoo to using it during to taking a bath in the morning and taking a shower before I'm going to sleep because it feels a relax and relieves of our stress from the whole day of our work

I prefer to use the body shampoo because it's convenient rather than the soap bars. Although it's quite expensive but I think it worth-buying....but sometimes i use the soap bar for some occasions..hehe...
