I'd be very tempted to pick the last option, but realistically speaking, there are lots of reasons.
Their is good money in English football. The biggest sponsorships belong here, and this is the most widely covered league in the world ( I can testify to that since I'm in India and its the only league that they show on a regular basis)
It has a great history, and possesses some of the biggest clubs in the world (Man Utd and Liverpool) In addition to that, its fast paced and very very challenging. The level of football is far higher than anywhere else. It isnt extremely technical or boring, neither is it only flair. A good combination of both, and only the very best players, who are good at all attributes of the game, can make it big here.
Lastly, the public in England love their soccer. Expectations are so high, the game is given so much importance, and the people love their soccer.

Is just about fun in here because going to cheer the various teams up is the best and this is why English football is progressing. Going to support your team brings incom to the team and the nation as well and also supporting your team with out money is just by building castel in the air. Oh not forgetting man u is the best every body loves the team. So i will say that is about all that you've said, players, managers, i mean good managers, money, teams fans, speed/tempo, and the country as well.

I would say that it is a mix of everything (except the last one). There are many star players in the league, hence attracting many people to watch. I would say that this is the league with many interesting managers and tactics from them ( eg. Jose and his remarks / Rafa and his rotation which ends up screwing Liverpool). The BPL is also home to some of the best teams in the world. I would say English clubs have the best fans on earth (eg.Liverpool). The tempo isn't too fast like Spanish soccer, or too slow like the Italians, this might be why its so attractive. I'm not too sure if the country has anything to do with it though...

It is the increasing number of foreign players like Cristiano Ronaldo,Xabi Alonso,Didier Drogba,Petr Cech,Edwin van der Sar,Mark Viduka,Francesc Fabregas and Fernando Torres, and the money which is spent on these players that makes the Premier League so good and popular. The league does not even take a break during the Christmas vacations. Teams like Tottenham,Newcastle,Everton and Bolton are desperate to break into the Big Four of Man United, Liverpool,Chelsea and Arsenal for the first time.More youth players come from Arsenal, local or foreign.

its because the Italian league went bust and could no longer afford the cream of the crop, so that left two and players either come to england and get paid well or go to spain and love the sun.
we are the best in the world but some players still choose to go to spain.

Because EPL has been built quite well during the last decade, because Italian Serie A was shocked by scandal, and most importantly because most people in the world can speak English.
